How to read this diagram
Percentage of a cohort of children or young people aged 3–5 years above the intended age for the last grade of lower secondary education who have completed that grade. Eleven annual positions; shared linear axis 0–100 % of the specified age cohort. Editorial country selection: United States, China, India, Germany, Brazil, South Africa. Prefer this stated comparison group; require at least two present observations per panel, then use reporting-code order for any remaining places. Missing observations break lines. No interpolation, smoothing, individual rescaling or indexed growth.
